Yishan Town belongs to Guanyun County, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. It is the economic, cultural and political center of Guanyun County, Lianyungang City. Because Yi Yin, the first sage of China and prime minister of Shang Dynasty, lived here in his later years, he was named after the famous Yishan in China. Dayi Mountain Scenic Area is located at the foot of the scenic Dayi Mountain. It is a national 4A-level scenic spot and is known as the first mountain in Huaibei Pingchuan.

Yangji Town, located at18km east of Guanyun County, is the intersection of many waterway transportation trunk lines, such as coastal expressway, national highway 204, provincial highway 242, provincial highway 324, coastal high-speed railway and five-level waterway of Dongmen Wutu River. With a total area of 152.03 square kilometers, it governs 39 administrative villages, 1 neighborhood committee, with 30,504 households and a total population of 1, 2233 1. It is one of the key towns in China and 98 key towns in Jiangsu Province. It is also an important business distribution center and tourism and leisure base in Guanyun County.

Yanweigang Town, located on the coast of the Yellow Sea, is the only coastal town in Guanyun County, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. It borders the Yellow Sea in the east, the Kansai Salt Field in the north and west, and the intersection of Xinyi River and Guanhekou in the south. Yanwei Port is the only combined port of Haihe River in Jiangsu Province.

Tongxing Town belongs to Guanyun County, Jiangsu Province, and is located in the northeast of Guanyun County. It is formed by the merger of Tongxing Town and Lu Yi Township, bordering Haizhou District of Lianyungang City in the north, and the town government is now stationed in Tongxing Community of Tongxing Town. After the adjustment of administrative areas, Tongxing Town has a total area of 128.7 square kilometers (about1930,000 mu) and a population of 78,000, which governs 28 administrative villages and 2 community neighborhood committees.

Sidui Town is formed by the merger of the former Sidui Town and the former Luhe Township. It is located in the northeast of Guanyun County, adjacent to Xu Wei New District and Lianyungang Port in the north, Lingang Development Zone in Guanyun County in the east and 5 kilometers away from Lianyan Expressway in the south. Provincial Highway 242 passes through the territory, and three main rivers in the town run through the whole territory, so the land and water transportation is very convenient. It is the cultural and commercial center in the northeast of the county.

Features of Guanyun County:

1. The climate of Guanyun County belongs to the warm temperate maritime monsoon climate, with four distinct seasons, abundant rain and sunshine. Winter is dominated by cold and dry weather; Summer is controlled by the maritime monsoon, which is hot and rainy, and the high temperature period is consistent with the rainy season. Spring and autumn are in the alternating period of north-south monsoon, and the dry, wet, cold and warm weather is changeable.
