Marseille, the second largest city in France, is the capital of Provence. It takes about 3 hours by high-speed train from Paris. When you arrive in Marseille, don't miss the delicious Marseille fish soup. You will find that the raw material of Marseille fish soup is "something that can be bought in the port fresh fish market". At first glance, "willful" raw materials seem to be incompatible with exquisite French cuisine. In fact, this is precisely to preserve the tradition of Marseille fish soup. It is said that in ancient times, when local fishermen came back from the sea, they would gather at the fish market in Marseille Port to sell fresh seafood. Those leftover fish will be taken home by fishermen and cooked in a delicious fish soup to share with their families. Later, it gradually evolved into a local specialty-Marseille fish soup. When the sun goes down, you can sit in the harbor with many ships and drink a bowl of artistic Marseille fish soup, or you can go to Le Péron restaurant, blowing sea breeze, overlooking Eve Island and taste Marseille fish soup.
Nice has a 7.5-kilometer-long Mediterranean coastline, and the coastal highway "English Walking Avenue" is decorated with flowers all year round, with private beaches on one side and high-end hotel restaurants on the other. The old town of Nice has preserved the ancient buildings since18th century. Under the bright sunshine of the blue coast, colorful walls, shutters and baroque churches add a touch of mystery. The Nice Carnival in February every year is one of the biggest festivals in the C? te d 'Azur, with giant themed dolls taking to the streets, float parades and street art performances as the climax. The famous local food is delicious salad. Although there are various creative versions, the classic version is a mixture of various fresh vegetables, topped with olive oil and decorated with boiled eggs and anchovy meat. Another delicious stew is also very characteristic of southern France. It is a mixture of persimmon pepper, zucchini, eggplant, tomato and onion, cooked with special sauce.

Menton, the hometown of lemons, is also called "Garden Balcony on the Mediterranean". The special climate and soil make the lemons grown here the first choice of French cuisine. Every February, the Nice Carnival is followed by the Menton Lemon Festival. Don't miss Zul Restaurant in Milla, which was rated as a three-star Michelin restaurant in 20 19. Besides the beautiful lavender, Provence also has interesting traditional markets, such as Provence Market in the old town of Lei Bin, Zhu An, where you can find Provence vanilla sticks, which are a collection of traditional spices from the Mediterranean and Provence, such as thyme, rosemary, basil and laurel. Locals often buy a stick to hang in the kitchen to cook.
