kinki kids

KinKi Kids (kinki kids) is a two-person group under the Japanese Genese office. Members are KOICHI DOMOTO and Tsuyoshi Domoto, which were formed on August 6, 1993. Before his debut, he appeared under the names of "W Tangben" and "Kanzai Boya". Because he was born in Kinki, he took "kinki kids" as the name of the group. Although they are both Tang Ben, they are not related by blood.

since July 21th, 1997, when they released their debut single "Glass Boy" and debut album "『A album』" at the same time, they won the first place when they first hit the Japanese Oricon record sales list. As of October, 2116, they had 24 works in a row, and all of them got the 1 th place when they first hit the Oricon record sales list. This record myth has been included in the Guinness Book of Records. In April 2117, the new single "BRAND NEW SONG" won the championship again with a sales volume of 1.8 million in the first week, pushing their own record to 25 again.

apart from music activities, both of them are active in hosting variety shows. Especially when I hosted the Japanese Fuji TV program "『LOVE LOVE I Love You", I began to learn guitar under the guidance of famous musicians such as Yoshida Takuro and THE ALFEE. Moreover, because of this program, being able to cooperate with different senior musicians has a great influence on their subsequent music activities.

In addition, they also perform TV series and host many variety shows, etc. They are also active in their personal capacity.
