Minfasheng Special Zone consists of 1 26-storey business hotel, 2 27-storey intelligent office buildings and 3 29-storey business apartments, of which the business apartment area is mainly 70 square meters. Separated from Minfasheng Special Zone, Minfa Group will build a central high-end residential building with a total construction area of about 380,000 square meters. After the completion of the two plots, it will form a 550,000-square-meter urban complex integrating high-end residence, business office, high-class hotel, leisure and entertainment, and fashionable business.
