3. Add milk and colorless and odorless cooking oil to the beaten egg yolks.
If your baby is allergic to cow's milk, formula milk can be used instead.
4. Sift the low-gluten flour and add it to the egg mixture, then stir evenly until it becomes thicker.
If the low-gluten flour is not sifted, small particles will appear, which will affect the taste of the cake.
5. Then beat the egg whites three times, adding one-third of the sugar each time.
The best state for beating egg whites is when there are clear sharp hooks when you lift the egg beater.
6. After the egg whites are successfully beaten, mix them with the beaten egg yolks in three batches.
