To go to Seoul Station, you can take the train from Dongdaekyu Station. The ordinary train costs less than 20,000 won and takes 4 hours. If it's ktx, it's less than two hours, more than 30 thousand won. It takes more than 30 thousand won by bus, but it takes nearly four and a half hours.

South Korea's high-speed railway construction took 12 years, with a total length of 409 kilometers (Seoul-Busan).
