Peach slice cake
Peach slice cake is a famous local specialty in Yunyang county, with glutinous rice, peach kernel, sugar and caramel as the main raw materials. It has a long history, exquisite craftsmanship and unique flavor, and is deeply loved by consumers.
Yunyang Taopian Cake began in the Tang Dynasty, formerly known as glutinous rice cake, and was named Taopian Cake in the late Ming Dynasty, also known as Babao Cake. During the Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty, Ruilanzhai became a Dazhai store both inside and outside the county, which was famous for producing peach cake.
Yunyang Qianjin Food Factory specializes in producing peach cakes. Our factory adheres to the tenet of winning by quality and the policy of running a factory centered on consumer demand. On the basis of adhering to the traditional technology, we boldly introduced modern food processing equipment and technology, and constantly brought forth new ideas to produce "Ruilanzhai" and "Wang" series of peach cakes suitable for consumers' tastes. Panlong cherry
Cherry belongs to deciduous fruit trees in Rosaceae. Cherry is bright red when it is ripe, beautifully carved, delicious and nutritious, and has high medical and health care value, also known as "Han Tao". The cherries cultivated as fruit trees in China include China cherry, sweet cherry, sour cherry and hairy cherry. Cherry ripens early and has the reputation of the first fruit in early spring. The output of cherries in China is 35 million kilograms, only 29g per capita, which is equivalent to three big cherries or 15- 17 cherries in China. It can be seen that cherry has a broad market prospect. The sweet cherry varieties cultivated in China are mainly European and American varieties, which perform well in northern China. Because it usually takes 900~ 1400 hours to complete its winter dormancy at a low temperature below 7.2°C, the large-scale cultivation of European sweet cherry in southern China is limited. Therefore, China cherry is still the main cultivated variety in southern provinces of China. At the same time, there are few excellent cherry varieties in China, and the cultivated varieties generally show many shortcomings, such as small fruit, sour taste, fruit cracking before harvest, fruit dropping and so on. However, the breeding of black pearl, an excellent cherry variety in China, has successfully made up for these shortcomings.
There are two large wild cherry varieties in Asia and Europe, which have nothing to do with each other. Later, other cherries were cultivated. Crickets are mainly distributed in the world, and China is mainly produced in Liaoning, Hebei, Shaanxi, Gansu, Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi and Sichuan. Born in sunny places on hillsides or beside ditches, it is often cultivated, with an altitude of 300~600 meters.
Panlong town, which is separated from Xinxian Bridge in Yunyang County, is rich in cherries. Its fruit is delicious and nutritious. It is a good fruit for nourishing blood, benefiting qi, strengthening brain, improving intelligence, strengthening body, whitening and rejuvenating skin, and it is really the "first fruit in spring". In mid-April 2006, the county successfully held the first cherry blossom festival. During the festival, tourists are in an endless stream, farmhouses are packed, and bright red cherries are snapped up by tourists every day. This year, the municipal government listed the cherry blossom festival as one of the 100 festivals in the city's 2007 eco-tourism year.
