Puhuangyu is a place name in Beijing, which is located in the south of Beijing. In the early years, Puhuangyu was a typical place where working people were concentrated, and there were no rich people and celebrities. There is only one writer named Wang Zengqi. When it comes to Wang Zengqi, many people don't know, but many people should know his book "Lu Dang Huo". This play later became Shajiabang, one of the model plays.
The history of Puhuangyu and the celebrities who lived there;
Puhuangyu, once the location of Beijing Archives, has the earliest records of the 12th year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1533). Archives in Qing Dynasty include imperial edicts, memorials, licenses, deed of house and archives of Yongding River management. In the early years of the Republic of China and during the rule of Beiyang, Japanese Puppet and Kuomintang, the archives of Beijing's political organs, political parties, military police, public and private schools, enterprises and institutions were more detailed.
From 1983 to 1996, Mr. Wang Zengqi and his family lived in "Building 9, Puhuangyu Road". Most of his life's works, especially the best articles in the period of "old age and reform", came from a "study room" in Building No.9, Puhuangyu Road.
