How to make cooked haggis?
Accessories: a little bean paste, a little chopped green onion, an appropriate amount of soy sauce, two minced garlic, an appropriate amount of salt
Recipe for cooked haggis:
1. Cut potatoes, fungus, mushrooms and haggis and set aside. As shown in the picture below:
2. Cut onions and garlic. As shown in the picture below:
3. Add oil to the pot and stir-fry minced green onion and garlic, add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until red oil appears. As shown in the picture below:
4. After frying the red oil, put the main ingredients into the pot and stir-fry, add soy sauce and salt. As shown in the picture below:
5. Stir-fry the potatoes until they turn color, then add water and start boiling. As shown in the picture below:
6. Boil for twenty minutes and it’s ready to be cooked.
