The practice of steaming rice (ceramic steamed rice)
Soaking rice will make the rice cooked faster. You can put a little less water in it than if you don't soak rice. And steamed rice is steamed by adding water to the pot and putting it into your ceramic rice bowl. Generally, when the water is almost dry, the rice is cooked, which takes 25-30 minutes. Be sure not to put too much water in the pot, because too much water will overflow after boiling. Also remember to turn down the fire after the water is boiled, and don't use a big fire again, otherwise the rice will be broken with uncooked water!
