Huzhou is an ancient city in the south of the Yangtze River with a history of over 2, years. In the fifteenth year of King Kao Lie of Chu (248 BC), Huang Xie, the Spring Shenjun, moved here to build a city, and then set up Yucheng County, named after Zeduo Caocao. In the second year of Sui Renshou (AD 62), he was ruled by the state, and was named Huzhou by the Taihu Lake. From then on, the name of Huzhou began.
