5. Stir-fried: also called mixed pile. A kind of pancake made of glutinous rice and mung beans, it has a bright yellow color, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, sweet and delicious. It is a traditional delicacy often cooked by the people of Jiangping Town, Dongxing.
