I really can't stop eating boiled fish. I was afraid of using the base a few times when eating it out, so I just learned to make it at home. It tastes pretty good, spicy and tender fish fillets.
Add pepper to the fish fillets, and only egg whites for the eggs. Pour into the fish fillets. Wash the starch with water to make a sticky starch water. Pour into the fish fillets and mix evenly with your hands. Leave to marinate.
Cut the dried chilies into cubes. If you like it spicier, add some millet chili, bay leaves, star anise, and bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant. Add a little more oil in the pan.
After stir-frying, add water and simmer. You can add fish bones and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Use another pot to boil water and blanch the side dishes until they are 6 cooked, then put them on the bottom of the plate.
If you want to be lazy, you can boil it directly in the soup pot.
Use a separate pot to boil the fish fillets. Boil the water until cooked in 10 seconds.
Add some chopped ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion and dried chili powder.
Heat oil in a pan and pour it in.
You will hear a sizzling sound.
You're done, the color, smell and taste are all there.
