Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 This standard is formulated according to the Standard of Physical Examination for Candidates.

Chapter II Surgical Projects

Article 3 The male body length is more than 162cm, and the female body length is more than 161cm, which is qualified. Among them, the length of men in remote and minority areas can be relaxed to 161cm, and the length of women can be relaxed to 158cm.

Article 5 Malformation or dysfunction caused by congenital dysplasia of limbs, joints and spine, injuries and sequelae of bones, joints, soft tissues and bursa, habitual dislocation, chronic diseases of spine, tendon sheath diseases affecting limb function are unqualified.

Article 6 The unequal length of the two lower limbs exceeds 2cm, the distance between the medial condyle of femur and the distance between the medial malleolus of tibia exceeds 7cm, or the gait is abnormal although it does not exceed the specified range, which is unqualified.

Article 7 refers to flat feet with incomplete or deformed toes, complete disappearance of plantar arch, hallux valgus affecting function, corns, calluses and severe chapped feet affecting long-distance walking, which are unqualified.

Article 8 Malignant tumor or benign tumor with the possibility of malignant transformation, benign tumor, cyst, scar and scar constitution in various parts that affect the face or function, are unqualified.

(4) Communicative hydrocele, with no recurrence or sequelae more than one year after operation.

Article 13 Those with extensive tinea corporis, tinea capitis, severe bromhidrosis, tinea manus, tinea pedis, onychomycosis, scabies, psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, chronic eczema and urticaria, neurodermatitis and other infectious or incurable skin diseases with a history of close contact with infectious leprosy patients are not qualified. Among them, tinea cruris, tinea versicolor, acne vulgaris, chilblain, and localized neurodermatitis are less than 3cm in diameter, and mild bromhidrosis (except submarine and armor) is qualified.

Article 14 Gonorrhea, syphilis, chancre, sexually transmitted lymphogranuloma, nongonococcal urethritis, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes, AIDS and its virus carriers are unqualified.

Chapter III Internal Medicine Project

Article 15 The systolic blood pressure is 91mmHg to 141mmHg(12.11 kPa to 18.66 kPa), the diastolic blood pressure is less than 91mmHg(12.11 kPa), and the heart rate is 51 to 111 beats per minute, which is qualified.

Article 18 Those with serious chronic stomach and intestinal diseases, diseases of liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas, visceral prolapse, abdominal mass, anemia and poor nutritional status are unqualified.

The following conditions are qualified:

(1) supine position, breathing calmly, the liver is not more than 1.5cm below the rib edge of the right clavicle midline, and not more than 3 cm below the xiphoid process, with soft texture, thin edge, smooth, no tenderness and puncture pain, and the upper boundary of the liver is in the normal range;

(2) The splenomegaly caused by malaria, schistosomiasis and kala-azar in the past is less than 1cm under the left costal margin.

article 19 rheumatism and rheumatoid diseases, diseases of urinary system, blood system, endocrine system and metabolic system, and diabetes in various stages are unqualified.

Article 21 Infectious diseases such as malaria, schistosomiasis, kala-azar, amebic dysentery, filariasis and viral hepatitis are unqualified. Among them, filariasis and bacillary dysentery have been cured for more than half a year, malaria, leishmaniasis, schistosomiasis, amebic dysentery, leptospirosis and epidemic hemorrhagic fever have been cured for more than two years without sequelae, and acute viral hepatitis (except hepatitis B and C) has not recurred for more than one year.

Article 26 Ear diseases such as tympanic membrane perforation, severe invagination, suppurative otitis media and mastoiditis are unqualified.

The tympanic membrane is slightly invaginated, the scar or calcified spot of the tympanic membrane is not more than one third of the tympanic membrane, the ear pressure function and tympanic membrane activity are good, and the submarine is qualified.

Article 28 Nasal deformities, chronic sinusitis, severe hypertrophic rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, nasal polyps, polypoid transformation of middle turbinate and other incurable chronic nasal diseases are unqualified.

In turbinate hypertrophy, which does not affect the drainage of sinus, there is a small amount of mucus purulent secretion in the middle nasal meatus without conscious symptoms, mild atrophic or hypertrophic rhinitis, recurrent allergic rhinitis, hypertrophic rhinitis, severe nasal septum deviation and recurrent epistaxis, except for submarine and airborne majors.

Article 29 Those who have lost their sense of smell are not qualified.

Chapter V Ophthalmology Project

Article 31 Each eye's farsighted vision is less than 4.5(1.3), its corrected vision is less than 4.9(1.8), and its diopter is above ±6.11DS equivalent spherical lens, which is unqualified.

The naked-eye farsightedness of each eye is above 4.6(1.4), the corrected vision is above 4.9(1.8), and the diopter is below ±6.11DS equivalent spherical lens. The majors of command, surface warship, submarine, armor, surveying and mapping and radar are qualified. Among them, excimer laser surgery has no complications for more than half a year, except submarine and airborne specialty.

Article 33 Diseases of eyelid, palpebral margin, conjunctiva and lacrimal apparatus that affect eye function are unqualified.

(2) short vitreous artery remnant, a few silk and punctate vitreous opacity, asymptomatic;

(3) old lesions of retina and choroid, which are less than 1PD in diameter outside the macular area.

Chapter VI Stomatology Project

Article 37 Two or more third-degree dental caries and missing teeth are juxtaposed or three or more are not together, severe periodontitis, temporomandibular joint disease, cleft lip and palate and their postoperative scars, oral diseases affecting chewing and pronunciation functions, complete dentures and complex removable dentures are unqualified.

After treatment and restoration, decayed teeth and missing teeth have good functions and are qualified.

Article 38 Moderate dental fluorosis and enamel hypoplasia, obvious defect or absence of incisors, canines and bicuspids, covering more than 5mm, open bite more than 3mm, deep occlusion of upper and lower teeth to the opposite gingiva, irregular dentition, malocclusion, moderate periodontitis, and unqualified submarine specialty.

The submarine is qualified in the following situations:

(1) One of the incisors is missing, and the function of the fixed denture is good, or there is no gap in the dentition, and the function of the replacement tooth is good;

(2) The dentition of individual incisors that do not affect occlusion is irregular or overlapping;

(3) mild crossbite of individual incisors that does not affect occlusion;

(4) The malocclusion has good function after orthodontic treatment.

Article 39 Chronic parotitis, parotid cyst and oral tumor are unqualified.

Chapter VIII Psychological Testing Project

Article 43 If the test results of the general aptitude test meet the following two items at the same time, it is unqualified:

(1) The score of using words is less than 4;

(2) The score of two-dimensional rotation is less than 3 points;

(3) the score of addition and subtraction is less than 7 points;

(4) Symbol conversion score is less than 55 points.

Article 44 If the test is conducted according to the China MBTI-G Personality Type Scale, and the test is judged to be ENFP, INTJ and ISTP personality types, and one of the following circumstances is met, a structured interview shall be conducted:

(1) I score is greater than 31 points;

(2) n score is greater than 31 points;

(3) F score is greater than 28 points;

(4) The score of P is greater than 28 points.

The structured interview was evaluated according to the Psychological Interview Evaluation Scale for Recruited Students in Military Colleges. If the result is greater than 7, it is unqualified.

Chapter IX Auxiliary Examination Items

Article 45 Abdominal B-ultrasound examination items include liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, uterus, bilateral appendages and abdominal cavity. Organ malformation, hypoplasia, single kidney, diseases of liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidney, uterus and double appendages, abdominal mass, space occupying lesions, ascites, pregnancy, unqualified.

It is qualified if it meets the following conditions and the examination results are normal:

(1) The number of hepatic cysts (non-inflammatory, non-parasitic and non-neoplastic) is no more than 3 and the maximum diameter is no more than 1. 1cm;

(2) Single diagnosed hepatic hemangioma (located in the liver parenchyma) with the largest diameter not greater than 1.1cm;

(3) The maximum diameter of a single renal cyst is not more than 1.1cm;

(4) The largest diameter of unilateral simple ovarian cyst is not more than 3.1cm.

article 46. if chest X-ray examination reveals thoracic deformity, organic diseases such as heart, lung and mediastinum, it is unqualified.

It is qualified if it meets the following conditions and the examination results are normal:

(1) There are no more than three bilateral lung fields with a diameter of no more than 1.5cm, high density, clear edge and no infiltration around;

(2) the lung texture is slightly enhanced, and respiratory diseases are excluded;

(3) One costal diaphragm angle is slightly blunted, which excludes heart, lung and chest diseases.

Article 48 The blood routine examination meets the following criteria:

Article 49 The urine test meets the following criteria:
