According to the Records of Huayang Country, Bo, King of Shu, was founded in Qu three thousand years ago, which is now Haiwozi. Residents in Sichuan are accompanied by fine wine and cold brine every day, among which Wang Ji's white brine has the best reputation. Wang Bo, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, once played here. After tasting the white brine from Wang Ji, he also praised it widely. Today, Wang's descendants improved their product technology and named it Haiwozi Wang braised chicken, which became a famous local traditional specialty food.
