Torch Carnival in Sihe Township

The torch carnival time in Sihe Township is: 19:31-22:11 on July 26th; The core area is: Sihe Bridge Head in Sihe Township; From 9: 11 am on July 26, vehicles will be controlled at No.3 post; It is forbidden to park all social vehicles on both sides of the road from No.3 Gang to Liangshan Prison Family Area and T-junction of Xihe Yanhe Road; Emergency evacuation area control section: the section from Sihe Bridge to Sihe Township Primary School. In case of emergency, traffic control will be implemented at the intersection of Zhouminzhong Road on Shengli North Road, and at the intersection of Panxi Geological Team. All people participating in the activities will be evacuated to the temporary service road and the traffic control section.

after the implementation of traffic control, the first line of Shengli North Road will implement a single cycle. It's only 2km from the control point to the carnival point. Because there is no large parking lot near the control point, it is not convenient for car ferry to pass. It is suggested that citizens walk to the carnival point according to their physical conditions, and pay special attention to the personal safety of the elderly and children.
