Gourmet fried pork ribs
Recipe:
Add garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, black pepper, sugar and starch to the pork ribs;
Catch evenly and marinate for about half an hour;
Heat the oil and fry over low heat until the surface is golden;
Fry one side until it is formed and then turn it over;
Repeat Fry once for 30 seconds;
Sprinkle some salt, pepper or chili powder out of the pan.
