The first one: drunken chicken wings
Raw materials:
Chicken wings, onion, ginger, tin foil, fermented grains, salt, Chuanxiong, Lycium barbarum, sugar.
Exercise:
Wash the chicken wings, remove the bones, add salt, marinate with ginger and garlic for two hours, then turn over the tin foil to fix the meat, put it in a pot, boil it and take it out.
Take another pot, add water, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Lycium barbarum, salt and sugar, cook for 20 minutes, then stop fire, add fermented wine and cooked chicken wings and soak for two days.
The second one: coke chicken legs
Raw materials:
Chicken wings, Coca-Cola, onion, ginger, soy sauce, rice wine, salt.
Exercise:
Wash the chicken wings, put them in the pot, scoop water and wash them.
Put the chicken wings in the pot, add Coca-Cola, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and rice wine, and add salt when the juice is thick.
Third: Braised chicken legs
Raw materials:
Chicken wings, onion, ginger, rice wine, star anise, salt, soy sauce, pepper, sugar.
Exercise:
Wash the chicken wings and control the moisture, add some oil to the pot and heat them, then fry them in the pot until they are golden on both sides.
Add ginger, garlic, sweet pepper, star anise, light soy sauce and rice wine, stir-fry for three minutes, add water to boil, and turn to slow fire.
After boiling for 30 minutes, add salt and collect the juice over high fire.
The fourth one: crispy fried chicken legs
Raw materials:
Chicken wings, onion, ginger, salt, rice wine, white pepper, fried chicken powder.
Wash the chicken wings and put them in a bowl. Add ginger, garlic, rice wine, salt and white pepper and marinate for two hours. Chicken wings need to be marinated for a day to taste better. )
Heat the oil in the pot to 70% heat, then evenly coat the marinated chicken wings with fried chicken powder and fry them in the pot until both sides are golden. (Note that the oil does not have to be overheated, in case the temperature is not enough. )
Fifth: Baked chicken legs with salt
Raw materials:
Chicken wings, onion, ginger, rice wine, salted chicken powder
Put the chicken wings in a bowl, add rice wine, ginger garlic and salted chicken powder and marinate overnight.
Put the marinated chicken wings in a wok, steam for 20 minutes, then turn off the fire and stew for 10 minutes.
