On the first day, after breakfast, you can take Metro Line 1 in the city to start your day trip! There are several scenic spots with unique Guangzhou characteristics along Metro Line 1, such as Chenjiaci and Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. These two places belong to the construction of old Guangzhou, formerly called "Xiguan", which is a good place to learn about Guangzhou's history along the subway, and it won't take much time to swim around. You can choose to spend about half an hour visiting the Chenjia Temple first. Chenjiaci is famous for its exquisite architectural decoration art, which is a masterpiece of Lingnan folk architectural decoration art, especially known as "three sculptures, two sculptures, one iron casting and one painting", and it is the "Baiyue Guanci". Then continue to take Metro Line 1 to Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street (get off at Changshou Road Station). At Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, you can eat some local snacks in Guangzhou and buy a wide range of goods. And then we'll settle lunch here. In the afternoon, then take Line 1 to tianhe sports center (under Sports West Station) for sightseeing. Here, you can watch the saddle-shaped architectural design, the sports center has various entertainment options such as bowling, and it feels good to walk around CITIC Plaza opposite the center. Live in the city at night, and enjoy the delicious food in Guangzhou!

the next day, I mainly visited several scenic spots in the northern part of the city. After breakfast, you can take bus No.66, No.2, No.8 and No.25 to visit Renwei Temple, a Taoist temple built in the Song Dynasty to worship the Northern Emperor. Located in Miaoqian Street, Longjin West Road, this temple is a Taoist temple dedicated to Emperor Zhen (also known as the Northern Emperor). After an hour of sightseeing, then take the 181 bus at the door and arrive at Shamian for sightseeing. Shamian, located on the north bank of the White Swan Pond of the Pearl River in Liwan District, is an oval island. It was originally a sandbar alluvial by the Pearl River, and was called Middle Quicksand and Shicuizhou in the early days. The history here is rich and profound, and it was once turned into a concession by British and French colonialists. Enjoy the delicious food with Guangzhou characteristics in Shamian. Stroll along the beautiful sidewalk with sandy surface. When you are tired, find an elegant small table and chair on the road to have a cup of coffee and enjoy the unique exotic atmosphere of the small European town. Finally, you can go to Xiguan Ancient House to watch the typical traditional old houses in Guangzhou. Xiguan big house, located in the street lane of the old town of Liwan, is the representative work of ancient Guangzhou residential buildings-stone feet, high walls with water mill and blue bricks, wooden rafters with dark light, colorful Manchurian windows with ochre and indigo, antique bronze locks with tiger buttons, decaying old terraces and yanglan covered with lush green flowers, and auspicious pictures, which provide the Guandi and the God of Wealth with doors.

The next day, I mainly learned about the unique history and culture of Guangzhou. After breakfast, first go to the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Shishi, the most magnificent and distinctive cathedral in the Catholic diocese of Guangzhou (however, it is only open on weekends), and take bus No.4 to get there. The church is a "Gothic" building, which can be compared with the world-famous Notre Dame de Paris. Then, you can choose to take the No.2 subway line and get off at Yuexiu Park Station to visit the Nanyue King Museum, the most historic scenic spot in Guangzhou. The tomb of Nanyue King, located on Xianggang Mountain in Jiefang North Road, is the second-generation king of Nanyue with Panyu as its capital in the early Western Han Dynasty, the grandson of Zhao Tuo, the general who unified Lingnan in Qin Dynasty, and called himself the tomb of Emperor Wen's Zhao Mo. Then, continue to take the subway and visit the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall under the Memorial Hall Station. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall is located in Dongfeng Middle Road at the south foot of Yuexiu Park. It is a memorial building built by Guangzhou people and overseas Chinese to commemorate the great revolutionary forerunner Dr. Sun Yat-sen. After lunch, I visited Guangxiao Temple, the first temple in Lingnan in the afternoon. Guangxiao Temple, located in Jinghui Road, is an ancient and grand temple in Lingnan area, which belongs to the national key cultural relics protection unit. Here, watch the precious Buddhist relics, and there is the earliest existing iron tower in China-the West Tower in the temple. In the evening, you can visit the Pearl River at night, or go to the World Grand View to watch wonderful large-scale square dramas and musical dramas.
