In fact, "fish meal" or "saliva powder" is what we usually call "jelly powder". You can buy it in the food raw materials department of some large supermarkets. There are also some baking shops. If you really can't buy it, you can use papaya seed powder instead. The production is very simple and the freezing time is super fast. On the food (liquid) you want to freeze, wrap papaya seeds with a quick cloth and rub them, and the falling powder will fall into the liquid.
Note: If you can't buy jelly powder, you can cook it with QQ sugar. Some posts say agar is used to make jelly. Although it can be done, the taste of agar is not good, it is crisp and has no q taste.
Let me introduce some simple ways to make jelly without gelatin powder.
I made jelly with white powder!
Ingredients: white powder, half a gardenia (available in pharmacies), cold water and sugar.
Tools: stainless steel bowl (soup type), rice spoon, filter, pot. Practice: First, cut the gardenia fruit into small pieces, put it in a pot and add water to boil, and filter it out with a filter. Keep the gardenia juice for later use. Put about a spoonful of white powder into a stainless steel bowl, add sugar and gardenia juice and stir, then add two cups of cold boiled water and stir well. Then heat the stainless steel bowl until the material becomes sticky. After the material is cooled, put it in the refrigerator, then take it out and cut it into pieces. Pour sugar water on it and eat it with your family.
You can use pueraria powder to make jelly.
Preparation materials: 200ml of pure milk, 1 1 QQ sugar, a little raisins.
Put the milk and QQ sugar together in the pot, then stir with a spoon while burning until QQ is saccharified, and then pour the liquid into the container.
Sprinkle some raisins in it. Cool and put in the refrigerator.
