Braised kelp with meat
Ingredients: 5g of pork belly with skin, 2g of kelp with water, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of Shaoxing wine, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 3 teaspoons of salt, several pieces of onion and ginger, and 3-4 grains of aniseed.
Practice 1. Wash the pork belly and cut it into 2-3 cm pieces; Wash kelp and boil it in boiling water for about 15 minutes, and cut it into rhombic pieces for later use (tie it into knots with kelp silk).
2. Put 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok, heat it, add sugar and stir-fry until golden brown, then stir-fry pork belly, aniseed, onion and ginger. When the surface of pork belly is brown, add cooked kelp, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and salt, stir-fry for a while, add water to boil, and turn to low heat until the meat and kelp are cooked and rotten.
Note: When frying the sugar color, it is not advisable to use strong fire. When using medium fire, the sugar will be evenly melted in the oil. When the sugar liquid is bubbling and golden yellow, it is best to put the meat pieces. The amount of water to be added is appropriate without meat.
salt and pepper kelp
material: soaked kelp 2g, egg white, 2 ginger slices 1g, onion segments 3g, soy sauce, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate and starch 1m, respectively? About 5 grams of salt and pepper flavor dish
Practice 1) Cut kelp into small squares and marinate it with ginger slices, onion segments, soy sauce, cooking wine and monosodium glutamate; Egg white and starch are mixed into egg white paste.

remarks: kelp should be selected with thick meat.
cold kelp
material: 4 pieces of kelp (about 16 grams); Chinese celery and celery are 2 taels each (about 8 grams); 1 pair of carrots and shrimp (about 4 grams); 1 red pepper.

note: adding jellyfish to the material will make it taste better.
Tofu seaweed soup
Ingredients: 2 pieces of tofu and 1g of kelp; 1 gram of shredded ginger, 3 grams of salt and 2 grams of monosodium glutamate.
practice ① cut tofu into small square pieces, and cut kelp into strips about 3 cm wide for later use.

fried kelp with sesame oil
materials: 2g kelp, 4g refined salt and 2g sesame oil.

kelp shredded pork soup
Ingredients: 1g of seaweed, 5g of pork and 25g of carrot; 5 grams of white oil, 1.5 grams of monosodium glutamate, 15 grams of soy sauce, salt, pepper water, onion, ginger, garlic and clear soup.
practice ① cut pork into filaments, wash kelp, roll it into rolls and cut it into filaments.
② Shred onion and ginger respectively, peeled carrot and sliced garlic.
③ blanch shredded kelp and shredded carrot with boiling water, and take out the purified water.
④ Add white oil to the vessel, heat it, add shredded onion, shredded ginger and sliced garlic, and heat it for 1 minute, then add shredded pork and heat it for 8 minutes. Spicy mixed three-silk
Material: 1 liang of vermicelli, 4 liang of seaweed, 3 liang of carrots, 2 green peppers and 1 onion; 2 tbsp Chili oil, salt, vinegar, sesame oil and monosodium glutamate.
Method: Boil the vermicelli with water, wash and shred kelp, drain with flying water, peel carrots, wash and shred green peppers, and wash and shred onions.
Mix vermicelli, kelp and carrot, add salt and vinegar and mix well. Heat Chili oil and sesame oil in a hot pot, add onion and green pepper until fragrant, and then add them into the mixed vermicelli, kelp and carrot.
kelp root soup
ingredients: 2g of kelp knots, 2 white radishes (about 6cm in diameter), 1kg of pork belly without skin, 1 section of kelp (about 15cm in length) and 7 cups of clear water; Half a cup of rice wine, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil.

practice 1. cut the white radish into six centimeters long and three centimeters wide, put it in a pot, add two liters of water and boil it until it is soft.

braised radish kelp
materials: kelp and radish, clove, anise, cinnamon, pepper, walnut kernel, plain oil and soy sauce.
practice: soak kelp in water for 24 hours (changing water twice in the middle), then wash and cut into shreds, and cut radish into thick shreds. Heat the oil, stir-fry with shredded kelp for a few times, add clove, anise, cinnamon, pepper, walnut kernel, soy sauce and water to boil, change to medium heat until kelp will rot, and then add shredded radish to stew.
