During this period, he has not bound his WeChat wallet to a bank card. Instead, he has recharged his WeChat wallet by paying cash to friends who have bound WeChat to their bank cards and asking them to send him red envelopes.

On February 16, 2016, after Mr. Fan used his WeChat wallet to purchase a portion of braised chicken and rice worth 13.8 yuan on Dianping.com, the defendant froze all the change 842.52 in his WeChat wallet on the grounds that it had to be bound to a bank card.
