Seasoning: 4g of salt, a little chicken essence, a little starch, 0g of yellow rice wine10g, 2g of sugar.
Exercise:
1. Chop the ribs and wash them.
2. Put the pot in cold water to remove blood foam.
3. Put Pu 'er tea in a small bowl, pour boiling water for soaking, so that the tea leaves are scattered.
4. Pour a little yellow wine into the cooked ribs, add salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate and Pu 'er tea and marinate for half an hour.
