1. Ingredients: 1 bowl of rice.
2. Accessories: 1 handful of mung beans.
3. Rinse the rice with water and drain.
4. Rinse the mung beans with water, drain and set aside.
5. Put the mung beans into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water, boil the pot and cook for 10 minutes, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
6. Put the previously washed rice into the pot, use a rice spatula to mix the rice and the mung beans in the pot evenly. After mixing evenly, make the rice smooth. The amount of water in the pot is the same as usual for stewing rice.
The height is about the first knuckle of the index finger.
7. Press the cooking button. Don’t rush to lift the lid after the cooking button pops up. Let it simmer for another 5-6 minutes.
