How to make Tang Kueh
1. The ingredients are very simple, just an appropriate amount of glutinous rice, white sugar, peanuts and black sesame seeds.
2. Pour the glutinous rice flour into a basin, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, and stir evenly with chopsticks.
3. When it is no longer so hot, knead the glutinous rice into a ball with your hands.
4. Grab a piece of glutinous rice dough and roll it into a long strip. Break off a small piece and roll it into a round ball. Use your index finger to press the middle of the small round ball to form a small hole.
