The sun is so bright that I don't want to go out to bask in it, so I'd better stay home and cook some delicious food! Today, let's make a basic hand-painted cake roll to celebrate the birthday of our motherland!
? Materials?
5 eggs (each with a shell of 6g), 5g of corn oil, 5g of water, 6g of low flour, 4-5g of fine sugar, and red rice powder are thrown away
? Practice?
1. Mix water (or milk) and oil, emulsify, sift in low powder and stir, then add egg yolk and stir into fine egg yolk paste
2. Take about 5g of egg yolk paste, sift in a little monascus powder, or add pigment, and stir evenly
3. Add fine sugar into the egg white twice and send it to wet foam. I usually add 4g of sugar, which is not too sweet. Pay attention to the fact that the word is reversed. You can adjust it directly with the software, or you can print it and trace it from the back. The font I chose is about 4cm wide and 5.5cm long
6. Put the word on the lower part of the tarpaulin, cut a small mouth in the paper bag, trace the words, and bake the middle layer of the oven at 18 degrees for one minute to finalize the design
7. Take it out and let it cool slightly for one minute, then pour the batter into the oven. Tips?
1. Don't choose too thick font, it will swell and thicken after baking
2. It will be better to put the tarpaulin directly on the table when writing, and then put it in the baking tray after writing.
