How to make brown sugar steamed buns as follows
1. First, put brown sugar into a pot, add 100 grams of water, boil over high heat until all the brown sugar melts, add yeast when it is still lukewarm, and stir evenly with chopsticks.
2. Put the arowana and wheat flour into the bread machine, pour in the brown sugar water and the remaining warm water, and start kneading the dough until it becomes a smooth dough. It is best to leave 20 grams of warm water when kneading the dough, and adjust the amount of water as appropriate.
3. Take out the kneaded dough, put it in a container, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it to ferment in a warm environment with a temperature of 28 degrees.
4. Let it rise until doubled in size. Dip your index finger in flour and poke a hole in the middle of the dough. If it doesn't shrink or collapse, it means it's ready.
5. After the dough has fermented, take out the dough and place it on a silicone mat. Knead the dough with your hands. Knead a few more times to remove some air bubbles. Then use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin sheet, and apply a little water on it with a brush.
6. Then roll it up and shape it into long strips from the middle to both sides.
7. Use a scraper to cut off both ends, then cut the dough into similar-sized buns. Knead the two cut pieces together into a small round dough.
8. Place the steamed bun dough into a steamer lined with steamer paper and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
9. After the dough has risen until it's a big circle, it's ready for steaming.
10. Steam in a pot with cold water, turn on high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes before removing.
11. The steamed buns are ready
