Production process:
First, put the yellow tofu in a cold water pot completely, cover the pot, and cook it with high heat until there are many holes in the tofu. Take it out when it looks like a bee nest. It must be boiled in cold water and covered, otherwise the tofu will not get holes.
2. Boil the pork chop with boiling water to remove the blood.
3. Clean the pan, put the tofu in, then put the pigs on the tofu, add clear soup, soy sauce and sugar, and simmer for about 2 minutes, then take out the tofu and cut it into pieces.
Braised tofu is a famous local dish, which belongs to Hunan cuisine (Wugang, the capital of braised dishes in China, is the most famous). As a home-cooked dish, it is easy to operate and suitable for a wide range of people. After buying dried tofu, wash it and blanch it. Remove the beany smell. Bring the marinade ingredients to the boil, put down the tofu and simmer for 15 minutes. Soak for another ten minutes.
