When the author approached the fried pile stall, I saw that the boss's masters were very busy, rubbing powder, kneading noodles, stuffing and kneading into balls, then putting them into a hot oil pan to squeeze them into a big round fist, and frying them until the skin was golden and crisp. The hospitable boss specially took a freshly fried pile for the author to taste. The taste is soft, full of oil and delicious. It is reported that the fried piles sold well during the Spring Festival.

It is spherical, with glutinous rice flour as the skin, and contains shredded coconut, peanuts, sesame seeds, lotus seed paste and so on.
