What are the tourist routes suitable for the elderly in Beijing?
I remember being admitted to a university in Beijing. My grandparents are very happy because they think it is a very happy thing that I can go to Beijing to study. Of course, I think so too. Then they often talk about Beijing. I knew they just wanted to see it, and I would naturally satisfy them! That year, I won a scholarship to invite them to visit Beijing and act as their tour guide. Here are two routes I arranged for the elderly to play ~

First, feel the historical line.

Tiananmen Square-Monument to the People's Heroes-Chairman Mao Memorial Hall-China National Museum

Second, leisure travel routes

Shichahai-Gongwangfu-Beihai Park-Nanluoguxiang

Let's introduce these two lines in detail:

Feel the historical route:

The older generation seems to have a special feeling for Beijing. They are always eager to visit here. I think it may be because they want to see with their own eyes where the five-star red flag Ran Ran rises, feel the red culture, pay tribute to Chairman Mao, and express their inner gratitude to those who have made great contributions and sacrifices for the founding of New China. Then, they must take a walk on this route I recommend. After a close-up experience, their hearts will be even more shocked. Of course, you can rest assured that the scenic spots of this route.

Route planning: Tiananmen Square-Chairman Mao Memorial Hall-Monument to the People's Heroes-China National Museum.

Location along the way: 1: Tiananmen Square

Opening hours: 5: 00-22: 00.

The flag-raising time is 5:13; The time for lowering the flag is 19: 29 (you need to make an appointment at Jingtong one day in advance, click on Tiananmen Square, and then select the date, personnel and time period. Remember to hold the negative result of nucleic acid for 72 hours that day, and someone will check it).

Location Transportation: Chang 'an Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. Just take the subway 1 line.

Introduction to Tiananmen Square: Tiananmen Square is located in the center of the capital Beijing, covering an area of 4,800 square meters. Built in Yongle 15 of Ming Dynasty, it is the main entrance of Beijing Imperial City in Ming and Qing Dynasties, and its status can be imagined. So, when you come to Beijing, you really have to come to Tiananmen Square to see the flag-raising ceremony and feel it, but you have to sit down early, otherwise there will be no best place to see it. In addition, viewing is free.

Recommended location along the way 2: Chairman Mao Memorial Hall?

Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8: 00 am-12: 00 am (you need to make an appointment for Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, such as real-name registration system, in WeChat official account 65438+ 0-7 days in advance, otherwise you can't enter, and you need to hold a negative nucleic acid result for 72 hours).

Location and transportation:No. 1 1, Qianmen Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. Exit a of metro line 2, and then walk 657 meters.

Chairman Mao Memorial Hall: It was built in memory of our great leader Mao Zedong. It is located in Tiananmen Square, south of the Monument to the People's Heroes. When you enter here, you must pass the security check. You have to scan your ID card to prevent malicious entry, and you have to keep quiet when you visit Chairman Mao. This process takes about 30-40 seconds.

Leisure travel routes:

After deeply feeling the history and paying tribute to our Chairman Mao, my mood must be a little heavy. Then let's relax, eat and drink casually, walk around and see the beautiful scenery. The routes I recommend are all beer and skittles. You can go to Gongwangfu first, and then take beautiful photos in Beihai Park and Shichahai. With the sea as the background, the old people should like it. If you are hungry, you can go to Nanluoguxiang.

Route planning: Shichahai-Gongwangfu-Beihai Park-Nanluoguxiang

Recommended location along the way 1: Shichahai

Opening hours: free all day, no need to make an appointment (although individual attractions charge)

Location Transportation: No.49, Di 'anmen West Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. Take Metro Line 8 to Shichahai, exit A2.

Introduction to Shichahai: Shichahai includes Qianhai, Houhai and Xihai, with a total area of 336,000 square meters. It is also called "Shichahai" because there used to be ten Buddhist temples in this area, of which Houhai has the largest area and many beautiful scenery around it. Taking pictures is very good. There are many people punching in here, and sometimes you can see your little brother fishing.

Recommended location along the way 2: Nanluoguxiang

Opening hours: 10: 00-22: 00.

Location Transportation: Nanluoguxiang Hutong, Dongcheng District, Beijing. Exit A 1 or A2 of Shichahai Station of Metro Line 8.

Introduction to Nanluoguxiang: Nanluoguxiang is an alley. I like the fresh tofu here best. His mung bean cake is delicious, but it needs to be hot, otherwise it won't be so delicious. There is also a Wenyu cheese shop here. Many stars have clocked in. The milk smells strong, but it's a little expensive. Anyway, I think the food here is quite suitable for the elderly, neither hard nor spicy.

Many people always say that they will take their parents or grandparents to Beijing, but for various reasons, they can't take a step and miss it again and again. But everyone has a dream of the capital in their hearts ~ Look for opportunities to visit Beijing while they are still walking, and don't leave them any regrets ~ But be extra careful when traveling with the elderly, and don't forget to read my little suggestions.

Little suggestion:

Do your own travel strategy in advance. Don't always ask the old man where he wants to play. Just ask them a little to show respect, because they don't know where to go.

Provide comfortable shoes for the elderly.

Bring a thermos cup filled with boiling water. Some old people are too weak to drink mineral water, so remember to bring some snacks to pad their stomachs.

Pay attention to the mental state of the elderly at any time. If you see them feeling tired, rest in time, don't just be happy.

Don't disclose the price of things as much as the old people do. Old people are generally frugal. If the price is too high, they may feel uneasy.
