Personally, I like sweets, especially the slightly sweet bread, so I often study the bread. Here, I share a lazy bread without oven, rice cooker and dough kneading.
1. Peel and slice the pumpkin, steam it in the pot, take it out and press it into pumpkin paste while it is hot, and air it until it is warm.
2. put 5g of high-gluten flour into the basin, add two eggs, 3g of sugar, 3g of cooking oil and 5g of yeast, then add pumpkin puree in several times, and stir with chopsticks to make a thicker dough without particles, the thicker the better.
3. Put the stirred dough in the refrigerator for fermentation for one night, or it can be fermented at room temperature to double its size. 4. Apply cooking oil to the chopping board and hands, put the fermented dough on the chopping board, and directly arrange it into long strips without kneading, and divide it into six doses.
4. Take a pill, roll it into a rectangular thin slice with a rolling pin, and try to make it as thin as possible. At this time, you can see that the glove film has appeared, put a proper amount of raisins on one end, roll it up, and do everything else like this.
5. Take a container, brush it with a layer of oil evenly to prevent it from sticking, sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds, then put the prepared bread into the container, cover it and make it twice as big again.
6. Take an egg yolk, brush it on the bread green body that has been baked for the second time, sprinkle with a proper amount of cooked sesame seeds, and seal it with high-temperature resistant plastic wrap.
7. Add enough water to the pot, put the container on the steamer, boil the water and steam it for 45 minutes, and the delicious and healthy bread will be ready.
This is my own steamed bread. You can make it if you like. No matter how much steamed bread you eat, it won't get angry. Feel free to consult if you don't understand.
