1. Prepare a basin, mix flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder evenly, then pour in cooking oil and stir well, and then pour in a proper amount of water. Kneading dough is very important. You should knead the dough with your fist, fold the middle edge of the dough, and then continue kneading.
2. Push the dough away and flatten it with the palm of your hand, and then cut it into two halves with appropriate width. Then roll it with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut it into wide strips, and let it stand for about 10 minute. Then dip some water with chopsticks every other side. Then, put the two pieces with water and without water together and gently press them with chopsticks. If you see that the two pieces are not layered, you should sprinkle some dry flour on the pieces, otherwise the two pieces will affect the expansion of the fried dough sticks. Be sure to fold the two pieces, a single fried dough stick is not easy to swell.
3. The oil is slightly heated, cut a little slice and thrown into the oil pan, which can expand rapidly, proving that the oil temperature is OK. Then pinch the two ends tightly, gently squeeze them, put them into the oil pan, stir them quickly with chopsticks, fry them until golden brown, take them out and drain them, and the golden crispy fried dough sticks will be ready.
