The first Food Festival in 21 was held in front of the old palace (the current site of Liupu). The 4th Macau Food Festival in 24 was held in Sai Van Lake Plaza, Macau from November 13th to December 5th, 24. The 4th Macau Food Festival has 112 stalls, divided into four themes: Macau Street, Asian Food Street, Greater China Food Street and Portugal Street.

The 5th Macau Food Festival in 25 was held in Sai Van Lake Plaza, Macau from November 11th to 27th, 25. At the same time, a variety of program performances, food competitions and beer competitions are arranged in the venue every day, which integrates "eating, drinking and having fun". At that time, the food stalls of the food festival included five themes: Chinese food street, Portuguese and European food street, Japanese food street, Southeast Asian food street and dessert.
