A delicious and simple way to fry a tomato box:
Ingredients: 1 eggplant, 15g lean meat stuffing, 2 fresh eggs, some chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, proper salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon pepper and 2 slices ginger.
Steps:
1. Add a little Jiang Mo and chopped green onion to the lean pork stuffing.
2. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce.
4. Add a little salt and a little pepper to the meat stuffing.
5. Stir evenly in one direction with chopsticks.
6. Slice the long purple eggplant. Don't cut it from the first cut to 4/5, and cut it off with the second knife, as shown in the figure.
7. Beat two fresh eggs in a bowl, half a bowl of whole wheat flour, a little salt and a little water, and stir them into a paste that is not very thick.
