Fanghua Town is located in the north of luliang county, Qujing City, Yunnan Province. The town government is 0/7km away from the county seat/kloc-,with Banqiao in the east, Central Town in the south, Xiaobaihu Town, Zhang Na Township and Wang Yue Township in Malong County in the west, and Yuezhou Town and Sanbao Town in Qujing City in the north. It belongs to the map town of Fanghua Town, a mountainous and semi-mountainous township. The village committees in Bantian, Chengming, Gaolishu and Yubu in the northwest are located in the vast mountainous area between Niutou Mountain and Zhuzi Mountain, with an altitude of more than 2,000 meters. Mountains crisscross, and villages mostly live in valleys, small troughs and valleys.
