My favorite literati
can't finish reading books. However, our reading time is getting less and less. It's not only very important, but also a very lucky thing to find a suitable book to read as soon as possible. I don't read many books, but I feel very lucky. First, I have a hobby of reading, which seems to be innate. Second, I have found a book that I really like to read. Gave me a lot of real happiness. Some of them are professional writers, some are not, but they can all be said to be the best literati, and they must be the literati with the most China characteristics. Zhang Ailing once said that A Dream of Red Mansions will always give one to ten, and these literati I like will always give one to ten for me personally.
The first person is Wang Zengqi. I have only read Wang Zengqi for three years, but his influence on me may be more than 3 years or even longer. I have only read two of his books, and one was published after his death. I am still reluctant to read it. I was lucky to read him after I was 3 years old. I think it is impossible for people who are too young to like Wang Zengqi. How can I say this? In my eyes, Wang Zengqi has. However, Zhou Zuoren is a little less naive and lively, and Wang Ye's naive and lively is the wisest man often seems foolish after steep and steep drawing. His novels are not like novels, prose is like chatting, and there is not a sermon with a straight face, and the breath of life is very strong. This is a person who loves life and can live a good life himself, so he can describe countless details in his works so delicately and vividly. Zhang Ailing said that in novels, it really affects people. The theme of Wang Ye's novels is not very clear. Even if it is a fierce and cruel conflict, there seems to be a kind of coldness that is almost on the sidelines in his works. He loves and hates the characters in the book. What attracts me most is his language, which is sophisticated, provocative and humorous, and his style is very unique. I remember the first time I read his novels, I shed tears with joy and said in my heart, this is my favorite book. I have read Wang Ye's anthology of novels for many years. Later, I learned that he was good at painting in addition to writing. Before writing became famous, he made a name for himself by painting. This is the reason why I like him better. In my bones, the traditional temperament is getting stronger and stronger. I almost don't accept western culture and art. The reason is that I am deeply poisoned by China culture and my heart is no longer filled with it. I feel that this book "Wen and Hua" published after Wang Ye's death was written for me, which somewhat resolved my grief and regret caused by Wang Ye's death. He hardly showed his words and paintings to readers before his death. Maybe he didn't want his words and paintings to be handed down to future generations, so it is enough to have those articles. However, maybe a hundred years later, his words and paintings will be more immortal than his articles. Now I haven't read this book, I can't bear to read it.
The second person is Dong Qiao. In my limited reading horizon, Dong Qiao is the only scholar who can be so familiar with Chinese and Western cultures, has a dual cultural background, and handles these two cultural backgrounds so harmoniously. He studied at a university in Taiwan Province, did research work in Britain and worked as a journalist on the British Broadcasting Station in London. Later, he has been in Hong Kong. He was Jin Yong's right-hand man when he founded Ming Pao. Jin Yong seems to have said that without Dong Qiao, there would be no Ming Pao today. When I knew this, I didn't even read a word of Dong Qiao. Later, I read his Once upon a time, and I have only read his book so far. I'm nervous now, and I forget the books I've read quickly, and some even forget the title and content, but I can't forget this book by Dong Qiao, and I can't forget those places? I don't know It's like knowing someone and getting along with him, it's hard to forget this person, but if you think about it again, what attracts you is not clear. In those days, Yu Pingbo told the students about ancient poems (I forgot that sentence again, there was no way), but he just said yes repeatedly. When the students asked him what was good about it, he said he didn't know. What is really good can only be understood, but it is not easy to explain. Look at his titles: Old Days Red, Ancient Temple, Wind Rustling, Rain in the South Mountain, First Edition of Narcissus, Jade Linglong, Memories of Snow, Stone Story, Yanxianglou, Lake Blue Satin ... These titles are full of beautiful poetry, and I can't help copying the following words-< Recently, I met several beautiful old folding fans in the workshop. In 1947, Ruan Xingshan painted plum blossoms with the title of "Seven Unique Sentences": "When the short wall is missing, the first branch of cold plum blossoms is seen; "Only the master loves the noble and noble, and has devoted himself to the poem of snow bridge for the canal." On the other hand, Guo Ruoyu painted a painting of Mo Mei in Jiashen in 1944, with the title "There is no shadow in the sky and the moon, and the dream is warm and the snow is fragrant"; In the lower right corner, a white square seal "Mei Qingshi Shouzhai" was engraved. Such a romantic moon is a distant swan song. The cold plum blossoms are quiet, and the lingshi is clear, which is worthy of the current trendy and vulgar things in the city. It is like tying a yellow ribbon on an old oak tree, which is as fragrant as a thousand petals. The ideology after the robbery, it is these remnants of the old moonlight that deserve attachment, but it has nothing to do with the depression of lying on the salary. You don't have to help Wei Guan Ning to restore the country, and Xu Guang to collect tears and complain that "you helped the Song Dynasty, and I am an old man in the Jin Dynasty". Those are patients who are thirsty by politics at the end of the period, and like to peek at the new rich's concubines through the curtain, in order to tease them. Cultural adherents talk about taste, and they raise a hint of arrogance in their hearts: "If you worry about the complicated strings, people will wake up like a dream;" "If you want to know how much you are worried about this night, try to remember that the street is longer and longer." My hometown received a picture of Zhao Mianyun's words, which recorded Tan Yankai's poems all the way. The Guangxu Jinshi Tan Zuan was the governor, the chairman of the National Government Committee, and the president of the Executive Yuan. The interest of these poems is much higher than his official pattern. He studied Liu Shi 'an's calligraphy first, Qian Nanyuan and Weng Songchan in his middle age, and participated in Minangong in his later years, which is rarer than his younger brother Zekai Yan's ink. I only have a fan written by Tan Yankai. In writing a book, Li Beihai, the immortal hand, carved the tablet by hand, which is not a legend in the world. I guess there is an engraver at home who carved it for him. "Ancient engravers are all wonderful!" The small pen is huge, and the strength of every word is amazing. -Old Days Red
I like this passage very much. Between the lines, it reveals a kind of dissatisfaction with the political changes in the mainland and nostalgia for the old times, and it also shows the sober and independent personality of a real scholar. Liu Shi 'an mentioned in it is Liu Yong of Cheng, Tie, Weng and Liu, Weng Songchan is Weng Tonghe, Minangong is Mi Fei, and Li Beihai is Li Yong. These people are still familiar to people, and-
Xu Jichuan, as the old gentleman said, learned from Han Shenxian to identify cultural relics in Tianjin in his early years, including paper, silk, brushwork, word school, famous inscriptions, collections and records. Their generation practiced their appreciation skills wonderfully, and immediately concluded that the original works were straight to the point with a glance at the end of their eyes. They have to think about it for a long time, and it's a gray area, and it's definitely not a cultural relic worth collecting for small players. In the 198s, I came across a picture of Lu Lianfu's landscape painting and a pair of Wu Changshuo's seal script couplets in a cold stall in Sheung Wan. My boss asked me to take it back to play first, and then I paid for it if I liked it. I walked to a dock to take a bus under the golden light of autumn sun, and met Mr. Shen Weichuang on the way. We turned into a quiet alley together, and Mr. Shen opened the three vertical shafts, each of which only took a glance for three or four seconds: "Absolutely true! And it is a boutique. Go and pay! "
Xu Jichuan returned to Shanghai from Tianjin in his thirties, and made friends with several collectors, including Pang Laichen, Wu Hufan, Ye Yuhu, Zhang Congyu, Tan He 'an, Jiang Gusun and Xu Maozhai. He often talked about calligraphy and painting while smoking a big cigarette. At that time, he didn't accept the works of contemporary people. From the time of Daoguang, Tang Yusheng and Dai Chunshi collected them up, until the Song and Yuan Dynasties, it became a hobby that could not be quit like Great Smoke.
I only know two people mentioned in this passage, Wu Hufan, Zhang Congyu and Wu Hufan, who are famous painters and collectors in modern times. He once dedicated his national treasure Fuchun Shan Jutu to the country, while Zhang Congyu is the grandson of Zhang Shiming, a rich man in Nanxun, Zhejiang Province, and his family left the famous Yidetang. I visited here three years ago. How much nourishment and infiltration of traditional culture is needed to write such words! And Dong Qiao's foundation in this respect is how great! To like Dong Qiao is to appreciate his interest in and research on the traditional culture of the motherland, which is why scholars are like this.
The third person is Chen Congzhou, and I have two of his books, Garden Talks and Book Collection. As early as ten years ago, when I was infatuated with Xu Zhimo, I knew Chen Congzhou's name. He and Xu Zhimo were relatives and fellow villagers. One of my beloved books, Short Eyebrows and Long Eyebrows, was a collection of letters by Xu Zhimo and Lu Xiaoman. The title of the book was Chen Congzhou, and a preface was written. It's a pity that I gave this book to a person later. I wonder if this person remembers this book. Later, I learned that Chen Congzhou was a professor in the Department of Architecture of Fudan University, an expert in ancient buildings and gardens. I don't know how he happened to be a painter, and he studied under Zhang Daqian. He was also close friends with Liang Sicheng and Lin Huiyin. At that time, Liang Sicheng was desperate to oppose the demolition of the ancient wall of Beijing, which made many people cry, but who knows that there was another Chen Congzhou who was also loudly opposing the demolition of the ancient wall of Suzhou. His "Garden Talks" and "Book Collection" were both found in the second-hand bookstall. They are all old books with vicissitudes of life. I am so lucky. I know that these books, like these people, are rare treasures for hundreds of years. When I read these two books, I read them again and again, and I don't understand again and again. How can a person write such a complex comprehensive art of gardens on paper so beautifully? It is said that gardens are the terminator of Chinese culture, which is absolutely true. What kind of person should he be who has studied this end culture all his life? He is an architect, a landscape architect and a well-deserved prose master! I am very painful and miserable to put such a person in my heart. Why? He is a towering mountain, and I am a speck of dust. How can the speck face the mountain? How can the dust bear the mountains? But I just have this kind of omnipotent concern and very stupid persistence. When I read Feng Qiyong's poem "Holding Chen Congzhou", I also burst into tears: "You can't miss the Duke of Zhou in a famous garden, and you cry this man everywhere in the pond. How many spiritual peaks hurt the rice, and no one worships Yu Linglong again. " There is Bole in the world, followed by a swift horse. China has gardens, followed by Chen Congzhou. Gardens grow, but Chen Congzhou, the god of gardens, has drifted away from us. While this unending sorrow goes on and on for ever.
the fourth person is Wang Shixiang. Originally, on the road of traditional culture, I absolutely don't want to be "rich". I just want to rely on a kind of lonely curiosity. If I am lucky enough to pick up one or two transparent stones on this road, I will be extremely satisfied. This hobby and interest is really lonely, but it fascinates me so much that I can't stop. Inadvertently, it is these cultural mountains that I met. I haven't actually read any of Wang Shixiang's books, so I can't buy them. I know that the works of these people are doomed to be bestsellers. In recent years, with a trend of collecting fever, many people know that China has ancient furniture, which is a national treasure. But how many people know that Mr. Wang Lao may be the first person in China to study and protect China ancient furniture. It is his two absolutely epoch-making masterpieces, Appreciation of Ming-style Furniture and Catalogue of Ming-style Furniture, that show the radiant charm and incomparable cultural and artistic value of China ancient furniture to the world. Unexpectedly, Mr. Wang Lao is a grand view garden and a treasure-house figure. He can play with insects, hawks, running dogs, calligraphy and painting, lacquerware, bamboo carving and food, and he can play with extraordinary knowledge. People say that "playing with things makes you tired", but Mr. Wang Lao plays with things and becomes "home". I know that behind "playing", there is no deep literacy and knowledge, and playing again can only be playing. Some time ago, I searched like crazy for his "non-academic work" Kam Ash Heap. Now a friend promised to lend it to me. Why is she so happy?
when I wrote these words, I couldn't help but feel a sense of collapse. With my humble education, not diligent habits and poor writing style, I can't overreach these figures of Taishan Beidou. But who let me meet them by accident? I never asked people to introduce me to books. I met all these people one by one, and they loved and worshipped their knowledge and character to the utmost extent. As for this article, probably, in the dark, Wang Ye and Chen Ye, both dead, appeared in the spirit of heaven, so that I could write it. I have a wish. If I don't worry about being cold, I will devote all my energy for the rest of my life to the study of these characters. They are really inexhaustible cultural treasures.
