Dad first carved the sausage into fish scales with a knife and then baked it in a pot. When he saw that the sausage in the pot turned a little white, it meant that the sausage was cooked. Dad took out the sausage with chopsticks and rolled it in the prepared seasoning tray. I tasted it, and it was delicious, even better than those sold on the street.
