There are many methods to partially replace colors in p>PS:

1. Use magic wand to select the color to be replaced;

then use hue saturation or color balance to adjust the color

2. use the image menu to adjust the replacement color command in the window.

Use the eyedropper tool above to absorb the color to be replaced in the image:

Then adjust the hue slider below to adjust the color. 3. Use the image menu and adjust the optional color command in the adjustment box.
