On March 20th, 2 1 year, patient Zhang Moumou was admitted to the isolation ward of fever clinic of Qingdao jiaozhou city Central Hospital due to pulmonary inflammation. On March 20th, 2 1 year, COVID-19 nucleic acid test was negative twice in the hospital. On March 29th, patient Zhang Moumou was transferred to the Department of Respiratory Medicine to continue the single room treatment, and his wife Shao Moumou was accompanying him in the hospital.

At about 0/9 o'clock on March 30th, Shao was taken home by his son on an electric car. The next day 16, my son rode an electric car back to the hospital respiratory department, wearing a mask all the time. He was admitted to the hospital on April 1 due to fever and cough for one day, and was treated in the same ward as patient Zhang Moumou.

At 23: 30 on April 6th, two patients were positive for COVID-19 nucleic acid in this hospital, and were re-examined by jiaozhou city CDC at 00: 10 on April 7th. Two patients were immediately transferred to the isolation ward of the fever clinic in this hospital for treatment. On April 7th, Qingdao CDC laboratory re-examined positive.

A joint investigation team composed of Qingdao and jiaozhou city Centers for Disease Control and Prevention conducted an epidemiological survey. It is preliminarily found out that Li, a person with suspicious symptoms, was admitted to the isolation ward of the fever clinic of jiaozhou city Central Hospital in Qingdao on March 24, and was diagnosed as an imported case from abroad on March 26, and transferred to the designated hospital in Qingdao for isolation treatment. During this period, Zhang Moumou, Shao Moumou and Li Mou were in the same ward, and the route of infection is under investigation, which will be announced in time after being identified.

According to epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestations and laboratory test results, the expert group determined that both of them were confirmed cases, and they were transferred to Qingdao designated hospital for isolation treatment on April 7 13. According to the preliminary epidemiological results, 1 17 people have been identified as close contacts, and centralized isolation medical observation is being carried out.

In order to block the source of infection, in the early morning of April 7th, jiaozhou city CDC has organized disinfection of three epidemic spots.
