The method is as follows:
Step 1: Steam all the pumpkins, pour them into a pot and dry them, then add some sugar and mash them into pumpkin puree, and then knead the pumpkin puree into small balls.
Step 2: Boil a pot of boiling water, pour all the cassava flour into a basin, then slowly pour the boiled water into the basin filled with cassava flour, and constantly stir it with chopsticks in the middle. After all the cassava flour is stirred into pieces, you can knead it into a ball with the stirred cassava flour, and then wrap it with plastic wrap.
Step 3: Put some tapioca flour on both hands, then knead the tapioca flour dough into a long stick shape, cut it into many small pieces, then roll it into dough sheets with a rolling pin, and roll the dough as thin as possible, which will not only be delicious, but also make it look more transparent. (If you don't have a rolling pin at home, you can knead it into a thin nest shape by hand.)
Step 4: Put the prepared pumpkin mud balls in the middle of the dough, wrap them all and knead them into a ball, then stick some cassava powder on the dough ball and put them on a plate.
Step 5: Boil a pot of boiling water, pour the prepared crystal dumplings into the pot and cook until all the dumplings float to the surface and become transparent, then cover the lid and you can prepare to take out the pot and put them in bowls for eating.
