The first kind: tiger skin green pepper.
First, clean the green pepper, then remove the seeds of the green pepper, and be careful not to spoil the green pepper. Then, take the oil out of the pot and pour it in. When the oil is hot, add garlic cloves, and then put the green peppers into the pot. At this time, fry slowly with a small fire. When one side of the green pepper is golden, turn it over and continue frying. Turn it three or four times in a row. When the green pepper is wrinkled, add minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar into the pot and stir fry. Put the green pepper aside when frying.
The second course: stir-fried red pepper with green pepper.
Wash green pepper and red pepper, remove seeds and cut into triangular pieces. Then cut the onion into small pieces and the garlic into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic until fragrant, then add green pepper and red pepper at the same time and stir well. If it is too dry, you can add half a bowl of water, and finally add salt, monosodium glutamate and seasoning.
The third type: green pepper cake.
Green pepper cake is my favorite cake. When cooking, wash the green peppers first, and then cut them into shreds. Then beat three eggs into a bowl, stir well and add some salt and black pepper. Take out the pan, add the eggs after the oil is hot, shake the egg liquid evenly on the whole pan, then sprinkle the shredded green pepper evenly on the eggs, turn over and fry until the bottom of the egg liquid is solidified. It would be better to eat it with garlic juice!
Fourth: stuffed meat with green pepper.
Braised pork with green pepper is the highest dish among green pepper dishes. First, clean the green peppers and dig out the seeds. Then smash the onion, ginger and garlic and cut them into foam. Add chopped tenderloin and an egg, as well as oil, soy sauce, soy sauce, starch, sugar and salt, and stir well. Be sure to stir in one direction, so that it can be very sticky.
Then put the stuffing into the green pepper, and be careful not to break the green pepper. Finally, take out the oil pan and pour the oil. When the oil is hot, add the stuffed green pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Turn the green pepper over from time to time. After the surface of green pepper is wrinkled, pour soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and sugar into the pot and collect the juice over high fire.
Fifth: sweet and sour green pepper.
Wash green peppers, remove seeds and cut into large pieces. Take an oil pan, add garlic cloves when the oil is hot, add green peppers after frying, and after the green peppers are wrinkled, mix soy sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt, and pour them into the pan to stir fry. Finally, add half a bowl of boiled water to stew green peppers, and then collect the juice.
