What's delicious in Baoding?

Baoding's food culture has a long history, rich accumulation and a long history. It is the birthplace of China's ninth largest cuisine "Ji Cuisine". The cereal tools, cooked pottery unearthed from China, as well as the nobles of Shang Dynasty and the mutton soup of Zhongshan State at that time all confirm the history of Baoding's food. Because it is located in the vast central Hebei plain, it is rich in products and specialties, and there are many delicacies and aquatic products. Since the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, Baoding has been a place of capital city, deeply influenced by Beijing cuisine and palace cuisine, coupled with the comings and goings of local officials, which makes local dishes more or less combined with Baoding's diet, thus determining that Baoding's diet has certain compatibility. Baoding has three treasures "iron ball, flour paste, spring is not old". Except for iron balls, which are traditional fitness products, the other two are traditional delicacies. Well-known specialties include the famous donkey meat fire and pickles.

The soldier had an idea that he should follow the example of the ancients and kill horses to eat. In fact, the so-called "donkey meat is fragrant, horse meat stinks, and you don't eat mule meat when you are killed". Horse meat is thicker and not particularly delicious. But hungry, I cooked the horse meat and ate it with a local fire. I didn't know it tasted good. So later, the local people also began to kill horses for "horse meat fire", and horse meat fire was famous because it had been eaten by the emperor. But it didn't take long. It didn't take long, because horses were needed to fight the Mongols. Kyle here is not a dead horse that is cooked and eaten by fire, but a living war horse. Horses have become strategic materials, of course, people can't cook horse meat and burn it, so there is a substitute-donkey meat burning, which is more delicate than horse meat and pure and thin.
