Hello everyone, this is Dad Yang’s parenting experience. The theme introduces simple parenting, complementary foods and parenting knowledge, just to share what is better for the children.
——This delicacy is suitable for children over 3 years old.
In the eyes of southerners, although most places where fans appear are presented in soups, hot pots, etc., in many cases, fans can actually make a variety of home-cooked dishes.
For example, the most common delicacies include cabbage stewed with vermicelli, ants climbing a tree, beef vermicelli stew and so on.
As for the egg yolk dried vermicelli shared today, it should also be considered a type of fried vermicelli.
However, the author added egg yolks and garlic sprouts to this delicacy. The combination of "yellow" and "green" not only makes the whole delicacy look better, but also significantly improves the taste.
In addition, fried vermicelli itself is a very good meal replacement food, and now it incorporates the nutrients of egg yolk and garlic sprouts. The children at home love this delicious food very much.

Food name: Dried vermicelli with egg yolk.
Prepare raw materials: 250 grams of pre-soaked vermicelli, two salted duck eggs, eight garlic sprouts, a little minced ginger and garlic, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of cooking wine, and a spoonful of light soy sauce.
Step 1: First, we cut the soaked vermicelli into long sections of about 10cm, then put it into a 350ml boiling water pot, cook on high heat for two minutes, quickly drain it into cold water, drain it and set aside.
Step 2: Cut the salted duck eggs in half, use a spoon to take out the yolk in the middle, crush it and set aside. After cleaning the garlic sprouts, cut them into long sections of about 4cm and set aside (leave only the green leaves).
Step 3: Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add minced ginger and garlic to 50% of the oil temperature and sauté until fragrant. Then pour the crushed egg yolk into the pot and stir-fry over high heat until dense foam forms at the bottom of the pot.
Step 4: Finally, pour the broken vermicelli into the pot, stir-fry over high heat for one and a half minutes, add the prepared garlic sprouts, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine, stir-fry again for about one and a half minutes, and it's ready.
The pot tasted.
