2. Yuanjiang carp

Yuanjiang carp is an important paternal material of many kinds of hybrid carp in China. It has been introduced to many places in China and is a well-known fish in China. Morphological characteristics: the body side is flat, slightly oval, the head is small, slightly pointed, and the mouth is lower. The upper jaw protrudes from the lower jaw, with 2 pairs of whiskers and large scales, and there is a well-developed axillary scale at the base of the ventral fin. When fresh, the lower leaves of the tail fin are red, and lateral fin is reddish, so it is called red-tailed carp locally.

3. Yimen Douchi

Speaking of delicious food in Yimen, the delicious taste of Douchi is unforgettable for many people. In the local area, there is a saying about lobster sauce: "Good lobster sauce comes from Yimen, Yimen good lobster sauce comes from Pubei, and Pubei good lobster sauce comes from Lao Zhao's house in Dali Garden." Yimen douchi can be divided into two categories: green douchi and dried douchi, among which green douchi is the most popular. At present, hongta group's raw material bases are mainly Yuxi, Dali, Chuxiong and Zhaotong in the province, and the annual purchase volume is about 5 million tons, which is used for the production of nearly 5 million boxes of famous cigarettes.

The raw materials from Yuxi, the hometown of clouds and smog, are the fundamental reason why Hongta Mountain has been enduring for decades. "Yuxi" cigarettes are all made of Yuxi tobacco leaves, so they say that the world's tobacco leaves are in Yunnan, and the hometown of clouds is in Yuxi. Yunnan Yuxi Municipal People's Tobacco Industry Office: Hongta District, Jiangchuan County, Chengjiang County, Tonghai County, Huaning County, Yimen County, Eshan County, Xinping County, Yuanjiang County and other eight counties in Yuxi City, with an altitude of 13 ~ 19 meters, there are 68 towns and villages.
