It is difficult to select a Michelin three-star chef because there are only dozens of Michelin restaurants in the world, and three-star Michelin chefs can only be selected from these dozens. After all, it is impossible for people to give a three-star rating to a chef who is not a Michelin restaurant. If a chef really meets three-star standards, then he must be a Michelin restaurant.
Michelin-rated restaurants are sometimes not popular. For example, in China, the few Michelin-starred restaurants are basically Western restaurants. Because Chinese food culture is so extensive and profound, Westerners cannot taste it. Why do you think this thing is edible? Why do Chinese people eat this kind of thing?
