Instructions for purchasing ferry tickets 1. You can purchase ferry tickets within 30 days in advance.

2. All route ticket purchases are through real-name ticket purchase. For details of real-name ticket purchase, please refer to the "Real-name Ticket Purchase Regulations".

3. Ticket sales deadline: Jiuzhou Port-Shekou Port/Shenzhen Airport Terminal/Jiuzhou Island/Looking at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge on the Sea/Bay Area Bridge Tour/Jiuzhou Boat Talk_Meet the Sea/Zhuhai-Macao Bay Tour/Bridge Island Tour/

Ticket sales for the Changyou Lingding Ocean/Night on the Sea/China Hong Kong City/Hong Kong and Macau Ferry Terminal/Macau routes will stop 10 minutes before the sailing time, and ticket sales for the Jiuzhou Port-Hong Kong Airport route will stop 15 minutes before the sailing time.

4. The ferry tickets are valid on the day of departure, Lingding Ocean Cruise, Sea Night, Shenzhen Airport Pier route, Jiuzhou Island route will stop entering the gate 5 minutes in advance, China Hong Kong City Pier, Hong Kong and Macau Ferry, Hong Kong Airport/Macau route will stop entering the gate 10 minutes in advance

5. If you order tickets for different routes or flights, please purchase tickets separately.

6. Discount tickets: a. Shenzhen Shekou route, Shenzhen Airport Terminal route, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge route at sea, Jiuzhou Ship Talk_Meet the Sea, Bay Area Bridge Tour route, Bridge Island Tour, Lingding Ocean Tour, Night at Sea,

Jiuzhou Island route, Macau island tour, Zhuhai-Macao night tour route: 1) Children aged 6 years and above but under 14 years old or 1.2-1.5 meters tall must purchase a child ticket.

2) In Shenzhen Shekou and Shenzhen Airport, each adult or senior can only carry two children with free tickets under the age of 6 or less than 1.2 meters in height at a time. On other flights, each adult or senior can only carry two free tickets at a time.

Bringing one child under 6 years old or less than 1.2 meters in height is free of charge. If the number of free children brought exceeds the limit, child tickets should be purchased for the excess number of people.

3) Disabled military personnel, disabled policemen, and disabled fire rescue personnel can enjoy preferential ticket treatment by purchasing preferential tickets at the ticket window with their certificates issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

4) Seniors aged 65 and above can purchase senior tickets with their ID cards.

b. China-Hong Kong City route, Hong Kong and Macau Ferry Terminal route, Jiuzhou Port to Hong Kong Airport, Macau Aberdeen, and Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal routes: Children aged 1 and under 6 need to purchase a child ticket, and children aged 6 and above need to purchase a full ticket.

One adult can only bring one free child under 1 year old on the boat at a time.

If the number of free children you bring exceeds the limit, you should purchase child tickets according to the number of excess people; c. Passengers who purchase child tickets or senior tickets should truthfully fill in their date of birth and height range when purchasing tickets.

7. Notes on the Shekou Port-Jiuzhou Port route: a. There is no round-trip ticket package for the Shekou Port route, and one-way tickets can be purchased separately.

b. After purchasing tickets for the Shekou Port-Jiuzhou Port route, you must collect the tickets at the self-service ticket collection machine or manual counter at the China Merchants Shekou Cruise Home Port. Ticket collection is not available at Jiuzhou Port.

c. After purchasing a ticket for the Shekou Port-Jiuzhou Port route, the invoice for the ticket will be issued by the China Merchants Shekou Cruise Home Port.

8. Instructions for the route from Jiuzhou Port to Hong Kong Airport: a. This route is a fully enclosed channel and goes directly to the boarding gate of Hong Kong International Airport without going through the Hong Kong Immigration Bureau.

Therefore, only passengers who comply with clauses c, d, and e are accepted to board the ship.

It is not applicable to passengers who pick up or drop off guests at the airport or need to enter Hong Kong, as well as passengers holding airline staff tickets.

b. The selected airline has joined the Hong Kong Airport Sky Pier air and sea transport service.

c. Conditions for passengers taking the boat: Passengers must hold valid ferry tickets; hold valid passports, travel documents and visas required for the booked destination/next destination; hold valid air tickets/tickets departing from Hong Kong International Airport on the same day and with confirmed flight seats

No less than 190 minutes of connecting time must be reserved between the sailing time of the boat and the departure time of the plane.

d. Before buying a ticket by boat, passengers must know whether the airline they purchased is a jointly operated airline: that is, in the departure flight list on the official website of Hong Kong Airport, there are multiple flight numbers listed with the same departure time.

, check-in services for such flights are provided by the first airline.

Please make sure that the main carrier airline of your flight has joined the operation service of Haitian Pier. Otherwise, even if the flight to which your ticket belongs is an airline flight operated by Haitian, you will not be able to take the boat to Haitian Pier.

e. If you take a flight that takes off before 10:15 a.m. the next day, you can take the last ferry on the Zhuhai-Hong Kong Airport route to the Hong Kong International Airport Haitian Pier one day in advance.

The airlines operating flights during this period are as follows: Air Astana, Air New Guinea, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, Cathay Dragon, Garuda Indonesia, Hong Kong Airlines, Hong Kong Express, KLM, Malaysia Airlines,

Scoot, Scandinavian Airlines; passengers taking flights on other airlines during this period are not allowed to take a boat to the Hong Kong Airport Sky Pier.

f. Deadline: Check-in procedures will stop 10 minutes before sailing, and baggage check-in will stop 45 minutes before sailing.

9. Instructions for the route from Hong Kong Airport to Jiuzhou Port: a. The selected ferry flight requires that the arrival time of the plane and the sailing time of the ship should be no less than 60 minutes and 90 minutes.
