Fried chicken breast
Ingredients: Use a 4CM diameter round spoon for seasoning.
1 piece of chicken breast, 10 shredded ginger, 1 spoon minced garlic, half spoon black pepper, 1 spoon cooking wine, 1/3 spoon salt, 1 spoon oyster sauce, 1 spoon light soy sauce, lemon sea salt Cracked black pepper, half broccoli
Method:
1. Cut 1 chicken breast into thin slices + 1 spoon minced garlic + 10 shredded ginger + 1 spoon cooking wine + 1 spoon oyster sauce + 1 spoon of light soy sauce + half a spoon of black pepper + one-third spoon of salt, mix well and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
2. Brush more oil on the pan, spread the chicken breasts flat, and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown. Sprinkle some lemon sea salt and black pepper on top.
3. Boil the broccoli and corn in water, cook for 2 minutes and remove. A low-fat, low-calorie, delicious and nutritious meal is ready.
