Roasted eggplant with minced meat
Ingredients:
2 eggplants, 1 green pepper, 1 small piece of chicken breast, chopped green onion, minced garlic and fermented soybean.
Practice:
1. Adjust the juice: a little salt, a little sugar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon starch, half a bowl of water, mix well, chop the chicken breast, and cut the green pepper into strips for later use.
2. Wash the eggplant, remove the pedicle, steam for 1 minutes, and put it out of the pot until it is not hot and torn into pieces.
3. Stir-fry chopped green onion, minced garlic and lobster sauce in hot oil, add minced chicken and stir-fry until it becomes discolored, add green pepper and stir-fry a few times, pour in the prepared juice, add eggplant and stir-fry evenly after boiling, and sprinkle onion segments and stir-fry evenly before taking out.
