2. Practice:
(1) Ingredients: half chicken, 30g mushroom, half green pepper, half colored pepper, one beautiful pepper, rice wine 100g, 20g peanut butter, 30g dried yellow sauce, 30g bean paste, 20g soy sauce, 30g tomato sauce, 20g chopped pepper sauce and 65438+ oyster sauce.
(2) Cooking sauce: adding vegetable oil, sesame oil, rice wine, peanut butter, dried yellow sauce, bean paste, soy sauce, tomato sauce, chopped pepper sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar into the pot, and cooking with low fire until fragrant.
