Hubu Lane
Hubu Lane, located in Wuhan, a famous historical and cultural city in China, is a century-old lane with a length of 15 meters. It is known as "the first lane of Chinese snacks", and its prosperous breakfast stalls have lasted for decades.
Hubu Lane is located in the most prosperous Simenkou of Wuchang, with Shili Long Street (Jiefang Road) in the east, the vast Yangtze River in the west, the Yellow Crane Tower, the first building in the world, in the south and the red scenic spot of Dufudi in the north. It is a food paradise surrounded by famous streets, famous buildings, famous scenery and famous rivers.
Hubu Lane was formed in Ming Dynasty, and it was named in Qing Dynasty because it was adjacent to Fantai Yamen (corresponding to Hubu Yamen in Beijing). [1] Wuhan people will use breakfast, which is called "premature", which originally came from a poem "Hankou Zhuzhi Ci" in the Qing Dynasty [1]. Hubu Lane, which is famous for its "snacks", is the most famous "Breakfast Lane" in Wuhan. There is a saying among the people that "try Hubu Lane early and have a midnight snack on Jiqing Street", which is a must-see for tourists coming to Wuhan.
As a Wuhan native, let me talk about my own ideas.
First of all, Wuhan is not a tourist city, so I don't think the tourism management of many scenic spots is perfect, mainly in environmental management and personnel management, so please forgive me if you feel that it is not worth it when you visit the scenic spots.
Secondly, in recent one or two years, Wuhan has been carrying out large-scale urban construction, including subway, Yangtze River Bridge, square renovation, etc., which has caused some traffic inconvenience in the urban area and affected the urban environment to some extent, but it has little impact on scenic spots, but it may affect the series connection between scenic spots. After all, Wuhan is the largest city in the country.
Then, I'll give you a summary around eating, drinking and having fun:
1. Yellow Crane Tower+Hubu Lane
The Yellow Crane Tower is a landmark building in Wuhan, but it seems that the ticket from 5 yuan to 8 yuan was put forward not long ago, which makes me feel increasingly unworthy, hehe, but it's a landmark building after all, so decide for yourself. It is recommended to visit it in the morning, and then get off the bridge. You will find that there will be an antique flavor on one side, which is Minzhu Road, which was renovated last year. Just go there, and pay attention to the right hand side. After about 1 meters, you will see Hubu Lane, which is the place to satisfy your snacks. Although many delicious foods in Wuhan are in unknown alleys, as foreign tourists, Hubu Lane is indeed a concentrated place to spy on Wuhan snacks, and lunch at noon can be solved here.
2. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street+Hankou River Beach+Wanda Underground Snacks
It's better to browse in the afternoon+at night. Didn't you just finish eating in Hubu Lane? Just follow that road to Wuchang River Beach, and take a boat to the opposite side at Zhonghua Road Pier, which is Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. Hankou River Beach doesn't need to spend the night. In the afternoon, go in and see what it looks like to swim for half a stop or one stop, and then return to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, along the road. There is also the famous Wuhan Pass, which can be taken as a souvenir. After entering Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, there are also all kinds of old buildings and bronze statues, all of which are places to take pictures. When you visit Tianqiao, it's probably time for dinner, turn left, or ask passers-by where wanda plaza is. It's a snack distribution center on the basement of Wanda, but the style here is different from Hubu Lane, which is mainly breakfast, and here is more prominent with all kinds of snacks.
In addition, places to eat in Wuhan are all over the streets. If you are interested in Sun Yat-sen in the Red Mansion, you can also visit Shouyi Square. There is Shouyi Garden nearby, which is also a place for snacks, but the type is a bit repetitive with Hubu Lane. Ok, then I will talk about other attractions:
3. Hubei Provincial Museum
This is the most cost-effective attraction for me, because it is not. ! ! There are bells in the town hall, Gou Jian, Fu Cha, etc. It is recommended to go in the morning because it enters the venue by issuing tickets. If it is late, it will be of little significance.
4. East Lake Scenic Area
Just a few stops away from Hubei Provincial Museum, it looks like East Lake Liyuan Scenic Area. There are three scenic spots there, namely Aquarium, Tingtao Scenic Area (free of charge) and Niaoyulin. You can play as you like. After all, after visiting the museum, you can't visit three scenic spots in one afternoon, and it's unnecessary.
5. East Lake Moshan
Don't think that there are only three East Lakes. At least East Lake is also the largest lake in the country. At the other end of the lake is Moshan Scenic Area, which is very large. Counting the traffic, it will take a long time or a day. There are many scenic spots around East Lake, that is, various gardens, which depends on the season you go and the seasonal flowers at that time. Besides,
6. Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge+Guiyuan Temple+Guqintai
I think these are small scenic spots (referring to the scale). It's a bit reluctant to put the Yangtze River Bridge into the scenic spot, but after all, it's the first bridge on the Yangtze River. Guiyuan Temple is a good choice for foreign tourists. Guqintai is a good thing that has been endowed with a beautiful woman. If you still want to know something, you can look at the reference website I gave below, which also contains an objective introduction for reference only. After all, there may be differences between the official summary and an authentic Wuhan population! For example, Hanzheng Street is advised not to go, even if it is famous; In addition, Jianghan Road's time-honored brand is beautiful in four seasons, and it is also recommended not to go. It seems that it is being demolished because of the subway repair there, and I have eaten it, and the price/performance ratio is not too high ~
